Rowan Digital Infrastructure in Denver, CO is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support the procurement lifecycle for mechanical infrastructure projects, from strategic sourcing through PO execution. You will ensure suppliers meet schedules, quality, and contractual obligations, and collaborate with project teams to deliver equipment on time and within budget.

This role travels up to 25%, is hybrid in-office, and offers a strong benefits package and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in procurement or construction procurement.
• Experience administering purchase orders and supplier contracts.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract administration.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate competitive sourcing activities, RFPs and RFQs.
• Administer MSAs, supplier contracts, and commercial terms.
• Generate, issue, and maintain purchase orders per procurement policies.
• Monitor PO status from issuance to delivery and expedite materials as needed.
• Maintain procurement logs, supplier databases, and contract files.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, construction teams, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement.
• Track supplier commitments, production schedules, shipping status, and delivery milestones.
• Support supplier performance reporting and KPI tracking.
• Review quotations and proposals for completeness and compliance.
• Assist with invoice reconciliation and resolving purchasing discrepancies.
• Support strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management.
