Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Associate, Contract Compliance to join our Legal Department in Denver. This role ensures contractual obligations are clearly identified, tracked, and fulfilled across the organization, interfacing with Finance, Business Development, Engineering, Construction, and Operations.

Travel up to 10% is expected; hybrid in-office in Denver, CO. A BA and 3+ years of contract compliance experience are required, with proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, and

Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in contract compliance or similar in-house role.
• Experience with leases, credit agreements, and other contracts.
• Able to work across departments and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable systems to track compliance with contractual obligations.
• Lead efforts to transition from manual tracking to automated, centralized systems.
• Maintain compliance calendars, covenant trackers, and supporting documentation.
• Escalate risks, missed deadlines, and compliance concerns promptly.
• Serve as central point of contact for contract compliance questions across departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with contractual requirements.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks through proactive monitoring and reporting.
• Collect and analyze data to improve compliance programs.
