Job summary

Verizon is seeking a highly autonomous professional to lead Contract Strategy & Automation for Wireline contracting. You will act as a GCT functionality expert, craft complex contracting strategies, and enable broader customer solutions while collaborating with Legal, IT, Sales, and Product teams.

You will leverage AI tools to automate workflows, maintain complex business rules, and define acceptance criteria with stakeholders. This hybrid role supports a mix of home and office days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience.
• Six+ years of relevant contracting or business experience.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with GCT or similar contracting platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write user stories and acceptance criteria for GCT.
• Define business rules and test plans for contracts.
• Advise Legal and other stakeholders on processes.
• Develop end-to-end contracting processes as needed.
• Implement AI-driven workflow automation.
