Verizon is hiring a Senior Contract Strategy & Automation professional to lead complex contracting work and expand GCT capabilities. You will collaborate with Legal, Sales, IT, and Product teams to implement processes, templates, and AI-enabled workflows across the organization.

You will develop end-to-end contracting strategies, write user stories, and maintain business rules in GCT, while delivering scalable solutions and 2nd-level support. Hybrid work model in the US.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or four+ years of work experience.
• Six+ years of relevant experience required.
• Strong GCT experience and contracting knowledge.
• Ability to collaborate with Legal, Sales, IT and other stakeholders.
• Experience with AI tools to automate workflows.

Aufgaben

• Act as a GCT functionality expert and Value Team Facilitator (VTF).
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria; align stakeholders; plan tests.
• Advise Legal and other stakeholders on contracting processes and templates.
• Maintain complex business rules in GCT language templates; develop test plans.
• Provide 2nd-level production support for GCT Legal users and testing teams.
• Deliver guidance to cross-functional teams on customer legal entity changes.
• Define new end-to-end contracting processes where no framework exists.
• Develop and maintain training resources for Sales and Legal users.
