Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four+ years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Write user stories and define acceptance criteria for GCT.
• Advise Legal and other stakeholders on contracting processes and templates.
• Maintain complex business rules in GCT templates and test plans.
• Leverage AI tools to automate workflows and boost efficiency.
• Provide 2nd-level production support for GCT users and testing teams.
• Guide cross-functional teams to implement new contracting processes.
• Develop job aids and training resources for Sales and Legal users.
• Implement configurable changes to support product launches.
• Serve as business trustee for GCT user role changes.
