Job summary

Verizon is seeking a highly autonomous professional to lead Global Contracting Tool (GCT) initiatives within the Contract Strategy & Automation team. You will define contracting strategies, align with Legal and Sales, and drive end-to-end improvement of GCT capabilities while guiding stakeholders across levels.

The role requires depth in contracting tools, SDLC, and AI-enabled automation. This hybrid position involves collaboration with Legal, Sales, IT, and Product Marketing to achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a GCT functionality expert and Value Team Facilitator (VTF); write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Consult with Legal and stakeholders on contracting processes and GCT capabilities.
• Maintain complex business rules in GCT templates and create thorough test plans.
• Leverage AI tools to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
• Provide 2nd-level testing support and production support for GCT.
