Verizon is seeking a highly autonomous professional to join the Contract Strategy & Automation team supporting Wireline contracting. You will serve as a Global Contracting Tool (GCT) expert, develop complex contracting strategies, and enable the platform to support a broader customer base with advanced contracting solutions.

You will write user stories, align with Legal, and drive test planning while leveraging AI to automate workflows and improve efficiency.

Formación

Bachelor's degree or four+ years of work experience required.
Six+ years of relevant experience in contracting and tools required.
Extensive GCT and Verizon contracting practice knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Write user stories and acceptance criteria for GCT.
Advise Legal and stakeholders on contracting processes and templates.
Maintain complex business rules and test plans for GCT.
Leverage AI to automate workflows and increase efficiency.
Provide 2nd-level support to testing and IT teams; 1st-level production support for GCT Legal users.
Define end-to-end contracting processes where needed.
Develop and maintain job aids and training resources.
