Job summary

Verizon is seeking a highly autonomous professional to lead contracting strategy and automation within the Wireline contracting domain. You will act as a GCT functionality expert and Value Team Facilitator, shaping complex contracting solutions and collaborating with Legal, Sales, IT, and Product teams to enable compliant, scalable processes.

You’ll define end-to-end contracting workflows, write clear user stories, and implement changes to support new products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work, military, or training.

Responsibilities

• Act as GCT functionality expert and Value Team Facilitator (VTF), writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
• Consult with Legal and other stakeholders on contracting processes, GCT capabilities, templates, and user stories.
• Maintain complex business rules in GCT language templates and develop thorough test plans.
• Leverage AI tools to automate workflows and enhance team efficiency.
• Provide 2nd-level support to testing, language review, production support, and IT teams.
