Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our Corporate Recruiting team in a hybrid office setting in Dallas.

You will support Finance, Legal, and Real Estate hiring, manage sourcing, interviewing, and closing, and help refine our recruiting strategy to ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. You should have 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment, with strong stakeholder influence, compensation conversation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to partner with executives and stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience navigating compensation conversations (base, equity, sign-on, offers).
• Consultative, data-informed approach with market data and candidate insights.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with candidates and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, recruiting, and hiring professionals across Salesforce roles.
• Partner with senior hiring leaders to shape strategy and candidate profiles.
• Advise hiring managers and provide market intelligence to guide decisions.
• Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing candidates.
• Develop and execute recruiting programs to fill openings and build pipelines.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to drive the recruitment process.
