Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive compensation experience.
• Strong experience with market pricing, salary administration, job evaluation, and compensation analysis.
• Experience supporting annual merit and compensation planning cycles.
• Strong knowledge of pay equity, FLSA, wage and hour, and compensation-related regulations.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, modeling, and data analysis.
• Experience working with HRIS and compensation systems; UKG experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• CCP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and help lead the annual compensation planning cycle, including merit increases, promotions, market adjustments, bonuses, and incentive programs
• Conduct market pricing and compensation benchmarking
• Maintain salary structures, pay ranges, job levels, and compensation guidelines
• Prepare compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, and other employee changes
• Conduct job evaluations and support job leveling and classification
• Perform pay equity and internal equity analyses
• Develop compensation models, reporting, and cost-impact analyses
• Maintain accurate compensation and employee data within HR systems
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and Finance on compensation-related reporting and data needs
• Participate in compensation surveys and analyze market data
• Support compensation compliance, documentation, audits, and process improvements
• Provide compensation guidance and recommendations to HR and business leaders
