Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Contract Marketing Analyst to extract, analyze, and interpret data from multiple systems to review contract compliance and performance. The role will prepare commercial analyses and identify market opportunities for contract operations, marketing and sales teams.

This hybrid position requires onsite work in Lake Zurich, IL three days per week, and involves collaboration with internal teams, auditors, and account managers to ensure accurate contract management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance required.
• 3-5 years in customer contracting analytics or related field.
• Experience with GPOs, PBMs, Payers, IDNs, wholesalers preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and BI analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up new contracts and changes in Model N; onboard new customers.
• Prepare pricing and rebate program forms; maintain contract files.
• Support audits with contract documentation; assist with GTN analyses.
• Monitor contract performance; meet monthly with account managers.
• Collaborate with contract admin on analytics and deductions reconciliations.
