LifeBridge Health Medical Group is seeking a Scheduling Agent to support primary care practices by handling appointment requests, refills, and referrals. You will work with patients and provider teams from our Owings Mills HQ, with hybrid remote options after training.

Training is in-office for six weeks, with remote days possible thereafter. Roles require 1–3 years in a high-volume setting and HS Diploma; shifts run 7:30am–5:30pm with various options.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years in high-volume call center or medical scheduling environment.
• Customer service experience required; medical terminology preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer requests coming into the Contact Center by phone.
• Support patients and provider practices with appointments, prescription refills, referrals, and related activities.
• Coordinate with departments and providers to facilitate timely responses.
