Responsabilidades

• Schedules cases proficiently into the system according to departmental policies.
• Documents appointment details and communicates case-specific information to appropriate parties.
• Verifies demographic information and attaches appointments to the correct category.
• Selects correct insurance plan and performs compliance checks as indicated.
• Communicates with colleagues, physicians, patients, and outside contacts to resolve issues.
• Maintains scheduling grid and updates no-show and cancelled appointments timely.
• Generates and reviews reports for quality assurance in line with department procedures.
• Ensures services are delivered in accordance with the mission and SPIRIT values.
