The role suits someone who enjoys organizing information and helping teams communicate complex technical content in a client-focused way. Location can be CA, WA, or AZ in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong grammar, proofreading, editing, and document organization skills.
• Experience with editing technical documents and client-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Edit and refine technical specifications, reports, proposals, and project deliverables.
• Apply formatting standards and ensure consistency across documents.
