You will transform approved scopes into predictable on-site outcomes while mentoring superintendents and scaling field operations for a 35-year legacy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–12+ years of progressive construction leadership experience.
• Proven track record as lead superintendent or senior field leader.
• Ability to manage multiple complex scopes concurrently.
• Strong command of production scheduling, sequencing, and look-ahead planning.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting detailed construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Direct mobilization and execution to translate plans into on-site results.
• Develop and manage complex production schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Coordinate diverse subcontractors across trades for staffing and logistics.
• Enforce safety and quality standards through inspections and leadership.
• Oversee daily reporting and project status visibility for leadership.
• Execute punch list and closeout protocols for clean turnovers.
• Collaborate with Project Success Managers to align field conditions with commitments.
