Pierce County is seeking a Construction Project Manager 1 to join a hybrid team, working in the field, office, or remotely. You will learn project management processes, support small projects, and progress toward larger ones with community impact.

A background in architecture/engineering/construction management and basic Revit skills are preferred, with opportunities for growth in the Construction Project Management series. We value collaboration, clear communication, and a proactive approach.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field.
• One or more years of experience related to the position.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Resume and cover letter are required for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Research building program requirements; analyze and consolidate information for presentation.
• Review design and construction drawings and specifications for errors and compliance with County standards.
• Develop and update databases to forecast, record, and track costs.
• Review bid responses with Construction Project Managers for compliance and advise on contract awards.
