Job summary

Integrus Architecture seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead multiple medium-to-large public works projects from pre-design through closeout, coordinating consultants and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role partners with Principal-in-Charge on business development, staffing, and strategic planning, while mentoring junior staff and maintaining high-quality design and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Current architectural licensure (required).
• Minimum of 10 years of professional architectural experience.
• Minimum of 10 years practicing as a Project Manager.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants, vendors, and project teams.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handles the most complex projects of the largest magnitude or multiple medium-to-large scale projects.
• Serves as primary client liaison with clients to complete projects on schedule within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction.
• Works directly with stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory agencies to build strong relationships and facilitate project success.
• Prepares strategic plans for project success and formulates workplans to execute multiple projects.
• Responsible for coordination of all project efforts and ensure efficient execution.
• Providing mentorship and guidance of work of less experienced team members.
• Prepares and presents clear, organized and compelling design and technical presentations.
• Supports business development through client meetings, proposals and pursuits.
