Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required or 6+ years of related experience in IT, systems engineering, or networking.
• Experience in complaint handling and customer service.
• Strong problem solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and document in ERP system.
• Provide follow-up to ensure satisfaction and KPIs.
• Maintain knowledge of bioMerieux connectivity solutions.
• Act as SME across cross-functional teams to ensure service delivery.
