This role involves providing technical support for construction products to various customers and internal teams. Qualifications

• Previous call center support experience or experience in a related field.
• Construction and/or concrete knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and track front-line telephone and electronic service for construction products.
• Schedule and manage telephone support coverage with other specialists and marketing staff.
• Assist in the development of technical support tools.
• Collaborate and interact with multiple internal departments.
• Help plan and deliver product training and demonstrations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
