Job summary

Places for People is seeking a Compliance & Learning Tutor to design and deliver safety and compliance training for our teams, ensuring courses meet regulatory standards and business needs. You will cover topics such as manual handling, abrasive wheels, working at height, harness and lanyard inspection, and water regulations.

The role combines remote administration with 3–4 days of travel to deliver training across sites.

Qualifications

• Formal trade-based qualification required with 3+ years in the role, preferably in housing.
• L3 Teaching and Assessing qualification or willingness to obtain, or prior experience designing/delivering training.
• Digitally savvy with MS Office; create engaging learning resources.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver compliance and health & safety training for internal and external staff.
• Ensure courses meet regulatory standards and business needs.
• Support workforce development with new training modules.
