Job summary

InVision Human Services is seeking a Learning & Development Compliance Trainer to provide hands-on coaching across Pennsylvania residential sites. The role converts classroom learning into everyday practice through coaching, observation, and certification follow-up.

This position emphasizes field visits, practical guidance, and measurable employee growth. You will track outcomes, document progress, and collaborate with supervisors to tailor training plans, ensuring compliance and competency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years progressive relevant experience
• Associate degree with 7+ years progressive relevant experience
• High school diploma with 9+ years progressive relevant experience in training coaching learning and development
• Experience in residential services, direct support, healthcare, medication administration, and competency-based training preferred

Responsibilities

• Travel regularly to residential sites to support employees and supervise learning.
• Maintain and support certifications and skills including medication administration.
• Serve as qualified observer, coach, or evaluator for practicum, competency, and recertification activities.
• Identify gaps and share trends and recommendations with L&D and leadership.
• Provide refreshers, demonstrations, and follow-up coaching to reinforce skills in real settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation of observations, completed competencies, attendance, follow-up actions, and learning needs.
• Plan schedules and travel routes to cover multiple locations efficiently.
