Creative Cove Inc. is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to craft compliance-focused learning solutions across eLearning, microlearning, video, and performance support.

You will drive annual training reviews, partner with Compliance, Legal, HR, IT, and SMEs to translate complex policies into engaging learning experiences. The role emphasizes localization, quality assurance, and scalable enterprise programs, with hybrid onsite/remote work to support a distributed workforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience inLearning Experience Design or Instructional Design.
• Experience with eLearning, microlearning, video-based learning.
• Experience supporting translation and localization of learning content.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions across modalities: eLearning, microlearning, video, communications, and performance support resources.
• Own annual review, refresh, development, and deployment of enterprise compliance training programs.
• Develop microlearning series and campaigns that reinforce compliance concepts through realistic scenarios.
• Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to identify learning needs and translate policies into engaging content.
• Create and manage learning deliverables: storyboards, scripts, assessments, multimedia assets, and final products.
• Produce and edit instructional videos, graphics, animations, and multimedia content.
• Manage multiple projects: intake, scheduling, stakeholder reviews, approvals, revisions, deployment activities.
• Design with localization in mind and coordinate with translation vendors for multilingual delivery.
• Collaborate with LMS/tech teams to publish, test, troubleshoot, deploy, and enhance learner experience.
• Maintain organized project documentation and content libraries for updates and refreshes.
