Beacon Hill is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support a busy compliance function within a leading global consulting organization. The role involves managing client requests, maintaining records, tracking training, and assisting with due diligence and vendor tracking in a hybrid work environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in compliance or related fields, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in compliance, professional services, consulting, or related field.
• Strong database management and recordkeeping skills.
• Experience supporting client intake, RFIs, questionnaires, audits, or compliance processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and questionnaires by gathering information from internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and update databases of compliance materials and records.
• Track employee training programs and completion status.
• Coordinate client-specific compliance and documentation requirements.
• Support third-party due diligence efforts and vendor tracking processes.
• Manage compliance workflows and reporting.
