Job summary

You will conduct reviews, investigations, and reporting, identify gaps, assist with audits, and help keep policies current.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in compliance, risk, privacy, or related function.
• Familiarity with US privacy law, data privacy frameworks, or third‑party risk management.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills and organized work habits.
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance reviews, monitoring, and testing of regulatory obligations.
• Review and investigate potential compliance issues and document findings.
• Identify control gaps and assist with remediation and follow-up.
• Support regulatory reporting, audits, and assessments.
• Monitor developments in tax software, data privacy, and financial services; update policies.
• Manage customer due diligence requests and third‑party questionnaires.
• Collaborate with Security to provide consistent answers across questionnaires.
• Own the vendor compliance intake process and review supplier security docs.
• Maintain current policies, track review dates, and manage annual approvals.
• Coordinate compliance training and help write content.
• Support the AI governance program and related documentation.
