Ideal candidates have 2+ years in compliance or related fields, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Strong database management and recordkeeping skills.
• Experience supporting client intake, RFIs, questionnaires, audits, or compliance processes.

Our client, a leading global consulting organization, is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support a busy compliance function and play a key role in maintaining client-facing compliance processes. This position partners with stakeholders across the organization to manage information requests, maintain critical records, and support a variety of compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of experience in professional services, compliance, operations, or a related environment, along with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

• Responsibilities include responding to client requests and questionnaires by gathering information from various internal stakeholders; maintaining and updating databases of compliance-related materials and records; tracking and monitoring required employee training programs and completion status; coordinating client-specific compliance and documentation requirements; supporting third-party due diligence efforts and vendor tracking processes; managing compliance workflows and reporting; and providing administrative support including recordkeeping, task tracking, and knowledge management.
• The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of experience in compliance, professional services, consulting, financial services, operations, or a related field; strong database management and recordkeeping skills; experience supporting client intake, RFIs, questionnaires, audits, or compliance-related processes; exceptional written and verbal communication skills; advanced attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Teams, and SharePoint; and the professionalism and executive presence to work with stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
