Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Compliance Analyst I, II, or III for a hybrid role across multiple offices. You will support the compliance program with risk assessments, training, monitoring and audits, coordinating actions to prevent, detect and remediate issues across state and federal laws.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining confidentiality. Hybrid work and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3 years of compliance-related activities and controls experience for Analyst I.
• 5 years of compliance experience for Analyst II.
• 8 years of compliance experience for Analyst III.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor elements of the Cambia compliance program.
• Coordinate audits, training, monitoring and corrective actions.
• Prepare policies and desk manuals for the role.
• Collaborate across teams to manage risk assessments and regulatory requirements.
