Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, compliance, audit support, or related operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Tracker development and maintenance experience.
• Experience with large datasets and multiple data sources.
• Strong written and verbal communication; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-audit readiness by collecting, validating, and organizing information for audits.
• Monitor readiness activities and maintain trackers for timely deliverables.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to obtain required documentation and data.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership.
• Present findings clearly and ensure deadlines and quality standards.
