Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions seeks a Compliance Analyst I–III to help design, implement, and refine compliance activities. This role reports to the Compliance Department and collaborates across teams to prevent violations while supporting risk assessments, monitoring, and investigations.

The position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence three days per week at offices nationwide, with an emphasis on clear written and oral communication and agile delivery of control activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant compliance experience.
• 3 years of compliance-related experience for Specialist I.
• 5 years of compliance-related experience for Specialist II.
• 8 years of compliance-related experience for Specialist III.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to an effective compliance program across risk, training, monitoring and auditing.
• Coordinate projects, plan activities, and support corrective actions.
• Prepare policies and desk manuals; maintain clear documentation.
• Participate in annual risk assessment and cross-divisional committees.
