Job summary

Lifelong Learning Administration Corporation is seeking a Compensation Manager for a full-time hybrid role. The position involves leading job analyses, developing descriptions, benchmarking salaries, and ensuring regulatory compliance across programs and sites in Lancaster, CA.

The role reports to the Director of People Services and requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, advanced Excel skills, and CCP/PHR/SPHR/SHRM preferred credentials. Occasional travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, data analytics or related field or 2 years of equivalent experience
• 3–5 years in managing job descriptions and compensation
• Experience interpreting large compensation data sets and trends
• Experience in project management and multiple program coordination
• Advanced Excel skills and spreadsheet prep
• CCP/PHR/SPHR/SHRM cert preferred
• Travel up to 10% may be required (up to)
