Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking an Executive Compensation Program Manager to develop and lead compensation programs aligned with business goals. You will work closely with HR, finance, and senior leadership to craft market-competitive strategies and guide governance for compensation cycles.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, equity considerations, and process improvement, with a hybrid schedule requiring two onsite days at the Radnor Corporate Office. A CCP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in compensation, with at least 2 years in executive compensation.
• Healthcare compensation experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field.
