Job summary

The Lifelong Learning Advantage is seeking a Compensation Manager to lead job analyses, develop descriptions, benchmark salaries, and ensure competitive compensation structures. You will collaborate with the Director, People Services and stakeholders to align pay practices with laws and market trends.

Responsibilities include data-driven salary recommendations, maintaining internal equity, and managing multiple compensation projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 2 years equivalent in HR, data analytics or related field.
3–5 years in job descriptions and compensation, including analysis, pricing and structures.
Experience interpreting large compensation data sets, trends, and metrics.
Project management experience coordinating multiple programs.
Advanced Excel skills and spreadsheet preparation.
CCP or PHRS/SHRM certification preferred.
Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute job analyses for all roles and develop job descriptions.
Benchmark salaries and recommend adjustments to maintain equity and market competitiveness.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies related to job descriptions and compensation.
Collaborate with Director and stakeholders to implement compensation structures aligned with objectives and market trends.
Meet project deadlines and report to Director, People Services.
