Job summary

You will lead job leveling, manage job structure, and administer Workday and Salary.com benchmarking, partnering with HRIS and Legal to implement new tools and ensure data integrity.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in compensation, with strong Excel and data analysis

4+ years of experience in compensation.
Experience in Workday Comp or other HR compensation systems preferred.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Lead job leveling framework, job families, grades, and career ladders; ensure consistency across roles.
Audit job structures and pay ranges; recommend corrections.
Draft new job descriptions; maintain job description library.
Evaluate roles for FLSA status and classification.
Administer job and salary structures in Workday; maintain profiles and pay ranges.
Benchmark salary data via Salary.com; ensure data exchange accuracy between systems.
Test new tools and systems to improve compensation operations; train users.
Document compensation policies and processes.
Support clients with job evaluation and pay benchmarking; participate in industry surveys.
Prepare compensation analyses and dashboards for planning.
Monitor wage-related legislation and ensure compliance.
