Job summary

VXI Global Solutions is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Analyst in Georgia to design, administer, and analyze pay and benefits programs for US-based agents, non-agents, and executives. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and leadership to ensure competitive, compliant programs aligned with business goals.

You will conduct market benchmarks, incentive planning, benefits reporting, and workforce analytics while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, total rewards, or HR analytics.
• Experience supporting multiple employee populations (hourly, salaried, executive).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret complex data and trends.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data analysis).
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, or similar.
• Knowledge of compensation structures, salary surveys, incentive programs, and benefits administration.
• Understanding of federal and state compensation and benefits regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support compensation programs for agent, non-agent, corporate, and executive populations.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses using salary survey data.
• Analyze compensation trends and make recommendations on salary structures, pay ranges, incentive plans, premiums, and allowances.
• Support annual compensation planning activities including merit increases, promotions, bonuses, and market adjustments.
• Conduct pay equity analyses and provide recommendations for fair, compliant practices.
• Evaluate jobs and perform position assessments to determine appropriate compensation levels.
• Audit compensation transactions for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Develop compensation models and financial analyses to support business decisions.
