Job summary

VXI Global Solutions is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Analyst in Georgia to design, administer, and analyze pay and benefits programs for US-based agents, non-agents, and executives. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and leadership to ensure competitive, compliant programs aligned with business goals.

You will conduct market benchmarks, incentive planning, benefits reporting, and workforce analytics while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, total rewards, or HR analytics.
  • Experience supporting multiple employee populations (hourly, salaried, executive).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret complex data and trends.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data analysis).
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, or similar.
  • Knowledge of compensation structures, salary surveys, incentive programs, and benefits administration.
  • Understanding of federal and state compensation and benefits regulations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

About the Opportunity

The Compensation and Benefits Analyst is responsible for supporting the design, administration, analysis, and governance of compensation and benefits programs across the United States workforce, including agent, non-agent, and executive employee populations. This role partners closely with Human Resources, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure compensation and benefits programs are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives.

The analyst will conduct market benchmarking, compensation analyses, incentive plan administration, executive compensation support, benefits reporting, and workforce analytics while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities
Compensation Administration & Analysis
  • Administer and support compensation programs for agent, non-agent, corporate, and executive employee populations.
  • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses using salary survey data to evaluate internal and external competitiveness.
  • Analyze compensation trends and make recommendations regarding salary structures, pay ranges, incentive plans, premiums, and allowances.
  • Support annual compensation planning activities including merit increases, promotions, bonuses, and market adjustments.
  • Conduct pay equity analyses and provide recommendations to support fair and compliant compensation practices.
  • Evaluate jobs and conduct position assessments to determine appropriate compensation levels and grading.
  • Audit compensation transactions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop compensation models and financial analyses to support business decisions and workforce planning.
Executive Compensation Support
  • Assist in the administration of executive compensation programs, including annual and long-term incentive plans.
  • Support executive compensation benchmarking and market analysis.
  • Prepare executive compensation reports, presentations, and materials for senior leadership and compensation committees.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and HR leadership to ensure regulatory and governance compliance.
  • Maintain confidentiality of executive compensation data and sensitive organizational information.
Benefits Administration & Analysis
  • Support the administration and effectiveness of health, welfare, retirement, and voluntary benefit programs.
  • Analyze benefits utilization, enrollment metrics, trends, and program effectiveness.
  • Partner with benefit vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve escalated issues and improve employee experience.
  • Support annual open enrollment planning, communications, testing, and reporting.
  • Assist with benefits compliance activities related to ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other applicable regulations.
  • Evaluate market competitiveness of benefit offerings and provide recommendations for enhancements.
Data Analytics & Reporting
  • Develop and maintain compensation and benefits dashboards, scorecards, and workforce analytics reports.
  • Analyze employee data and provide actionable insights related to compensation, benefits, retention, turnover, and workforce trends.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for HR leadership, Finance, and executive stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity within HRIS, compensation, and benefits systems.
Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure compensation and benefits programs comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Support internal and external audits related to compensation and benefits practices.
  • Maintain documentation, procedures, and controls supporting compensation governance.
  • Monitor industry trends, legislative changes, and best practices impacting compensation and benefits programs.
Qualifications

Compensation

The base salary for this position ranges $65,000-$80,0000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and overall alignment with the role. The total compensation package will include an annual performance-based incentive target and comprehensive benefits.
