Job summary

VXI Global Solutions is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to design, administer, and analyze pay and benefits programs for the US workforce, including agent and executive populations. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and leadership to ensure competitive and compliant programs.

The role emphasizes market benchmarking, analytics, and governance across compensation, benefits, and workforce data, supporting open enrollment and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5+ years in compensation, benefits, total rewards, or HR analytics.
• Experience supporting multiple employee populations (hourly, salaried, executive).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data interpretation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG).
• Knowledge of compensation structures, salary surveys, incentives, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support compensation programs for agent, non-agent, corporate, and executive populations.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses using salary survey data.
• Analyze compensation trends and recommend salary structures, pay ranges, incentive plans, and allowances.
• Support annual compensation planning activities including merit increases and bonuses.
• Conduct pay equity analyses and provide recommendations for fair practices.
• Evaluate jobs and determine appropriate compensation levels and grading.
• Audit compensation transactions for accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Develop compensation models and financial analyses to support decisions.
