Job summary
Adecco US, Inc. is recruiting for a Compensation Analyst in San Francisco, CA. The role partners with business leaders on compensation strategy and drives initiatives for U.S. and international teams.
Qualified candidates will have 6+ years in broad-based compensation, 3+ years in sales compensation, and strong Excel/Sheets modeling skills. The position is hybrid with a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive benefits.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of Broad-Based Compensation experience.
- 3+ years of Sales Compensation experience.
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets data modeling for large data sets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for senior leaders.
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders including Sales leadership and HR.
- Proven experience in compensation benchmarking and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Compensation Business Partners and HRBPs to advise on strategy and actions.
- Lead compensation initiatives across US and international teams.
- Improve processes, policies, and programs through data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align programs with goals.
- Work with Analytics & Design teams to administer programs.
- Conduct benchmarking and provide recommendations for decisions.
