Qualifications

  • 6+ years in technology, compensation, consulting or related fields.
  • 5+ years in progressive HR and compensation roles with increasing responsibility.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for analyses and model development.
  • Knowledge of current trends and developments in compensation practices.
  • Exceptional quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with Workday; experience with SQL, Python and Tableau is a plus.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Compensation Programs Senior Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will help shape and manage compensation programs that support a global workforce and align with broader people and business objectives. The position will partner closely with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to improve compensation cycles, streamline processes, and strengthen program execution. It will also contribute to analysis, communications, and systems enhancements that improve efficiency and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Location: San Mateo, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $209,130 – $244,500 annually
