Responsibilities include leading bi-annual reviews, developing analytics in Excel, and implementing systems to enhance efficiency. Strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and communications with senior management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technology, compensation, consulting or related fields.
• 5+ years in progressive HR and compensation roles with increasing responsibility.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for analyses and model development.
• Knowledge of current trends and developments in compensation practices.
• Exceptional quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with Workday; experience with SQL, Python and Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design and manage compensation programs and policies.
• Lead global compensation program implementation, particularly for bi-annual reviews.
• Collaborate across teams to identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement.
• Implement systems to support compensation cycles effectively.
• Create strategic communication materials for senior management.
• Build and refine Excel models for compensation program analysis.
• Streamline compensation processes through enhancements with Workday, Jira and Zendesk.
