Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking a Compensation Analyst hybrid to our Akon, OH office. You will analyze, design, and optimize compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, equity, and budgeting, partnering with HR and business leaders to ensure equity and alignment with strategy.

Required experience ranges from 4–7 years in compensation or analytics, with a Bachelor's degree. You will translate data into actionable recommendations and contribute to market benchmarking and job

Qualifications
