Responsibilities

• Analyze, support, and administer compensation programs including base pay, incentives, and equity.
• Develop and maintain pay structures, salary grades, and budgeting frameworks.
• Provide data-driven insights to guidance on compensation decisions with leaders.
• Participate in surveys and benchmark analyses to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate positions to support job leveling and ERM alignment.
