Qualifications

• 3+ years progressive analytical experience in compensation, finance, or HR.
• CCP coursework preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills with macros and pivot tables required.
• Experience querying large datasets and performing market pricing.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, documents, and evaluates new and revised jobs to determine grade level and FLSA status.
• Leads annual compensation planning processes and merit increase modeling.
• Reviews pay action requests for guideline compliance and market considerations.
• Performs competitive pay analysis to support merit and incentive programs.
• Prepares salary survey data and determines competitive position.
• Maintains compensation data in HR systems and tools.
