Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of analytics experience (HR, Finance, Compensation).
• Advanced Excel capabilities and ability to work with complex datasets.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and administer base pay and incentive programs.
• Conduct job evaluations and provide salary recommendations.
• Participate in compensation surveys and benchmark roles.
• Support the annual investment compensation process and incentive analyses.
• Provide consultative support to business leaders on compensation decisions.
