Job summary

Easter Seals NH, Inc. is seeking a Compensation professional to lead the development, implementation, and administration of our compensation programs.

You will collaborate with managers to build job evaluations and descriptions, ensuring accurate reflection of roles across the organization. The role involves salary benchmarking, participating in merit reviews, and ensuring compliance with compensation laws, with travel to multiple office sites required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Two to four years of HR experience.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs.
• Collaborates with departmental managers to develop job evaluation and job descriptions.
• Prepares and maintains job descriptions reflecting work performed by incumbents.
