Job summary

Easterseals NH is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support development of job descriptions and compensation programs, and to back the Compensation & Benefits team during annual open enrollment. This role is open due to an internal promotion.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 2–4 years of compensation experience; CCP or PHR certification is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required. Hybrid schedule with 1–2 remote days weekly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Two (2) – four (4) years of Compensation experience.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs.
  • Collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for job evaluation and job description development.
  • Prepares and maintains job descriptions for each position in the organization; ensures descriptions accurately reflect the work being performed by incumbents.
  • Participates in salary surveys and monitors salary survey data to ensure organizational compensation objectives are achieved.
  • Benchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position.
  • Manages yearly merit review process
  • Assists Benefits team in the Annual Open Enrollment process
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations.
  • Travel to office sites required.

Easterseals NH is excited to announce the opening for a Compensation Analyst! The Compensation Analyst will assist in the development of job descriptions, compensation programs, the yearly merit review process and provide back to the Compensation & Benefits team during annual open enrollment. This role is open due to an internal promotion.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Facilitates the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs.

  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining networks and participating in professional organizations.
  • Identify, facilitate and participate in relevant staff trainings and workshops.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
  • Travel to office sites required.
Compensation

$75,000 based on experience and education.

Hours

This is a full-time position. 8:30am to 5pm, Monday - Friday. Hybrid schedule 1-2 remote per week.
