Job summary

The Nabo Group in North Carolina is seeking a Community Association Manager to oversee a portfolio of HOA and condominium communities nationwide with a hybrid remote work setup. You will manage operations, budgets, board relations, and vendor bids to ensure value and compliance with governing documents and laws.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of HOA/condo experience, CMCA within 6 months, strong communication skills, and proficiency with standard computer programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of HOA/condo management experience.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with common computer programs.
• CMCA certification required within 6 months of hire; AMS preferred.
• Knowledge of communities, real estate, and HOA operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation and administration of the Association per agreements and policies.
• Liaise with boards and homeowners as needed.
• Attend Board meetings and community events.
• Monitor delinquencies and oversight of collections.
• Prepare Board packages and monthly financial reports.
• Coordinate annual budgets and capital improvement projects.
• Bid projects to multiple vendors and oversee contracts.
• Staff coordination and management of maintenance tasks.
