Job summary

Platinum Pest Solutions seeks a senior leader to own post-sale operations across Lansing, Milwaukee, and Indianapolis. You will drive service quality, IPM compliance, and portfolio retention while leading service managers to develop a market-ready leadership bench.

Required are 8+ years in commercial pest control with direct ownership of renewal metrics, licensure in IL/WI/IN, and experience managing multi-market accounts.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in commercial pest control leading service delivery, field operations, or account management.
• Direct ownership of a retention, churn, or renewal number with demonstrable results.
• Direct ownership of both commercial and multifamily portfolios.
• Pest control licensure or ability to obtain in IL, WI, and IN.
• Experience with portfolio contracts and renewals across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Post Sale Organization across three markets (Lansing, Milwaukee, Indianapolis).
• Own service delivery quality and IPM/compliance documentation across properties.
• Manage account relationships with property management partners and regional managers.
• Drive renewals, rebids, and expansion revenue within existing accounts.
• Provide leadership bench strength and succession planning for service leaders.
