Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Chicago, IL is seeking a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue growth by selling pest control solutions and related services. You will identify customer needs, recommend tailored options, and build lasting relationships to deliver exceptional service and long-term value.

Key responsibilities include converting leads through calls and visits, conducting inspections for infestations, presenting proposals, and maintaining vehicle and equipment in line with policy.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related sales experience or training.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 3+ consecutive years of driving history; driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces.
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control training/licensing if applicable (provided).
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations, or conditions conducive to infestations, of wood destroying organisms and/or insects or other vertebrate pests, to make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory while proactively generating additional pest control and related service opportunities.
• Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy.
• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, while adhering to the company Vehicle Policy.
