Responsibilities

• Monitor marketing inbox daily and route renewal requests.
• Maintain and track marketing submissions in InsuredMine.
• Prepare insurance applications for submission accurately.
• Assist in drafting client-focused proposals with Sales Producers.
• Coordinate post-bind communications and onboarding letters.
• Review bound policies for coverage accuracy.
• Update client and policy data in the agency management system.
• Assist with rating accounts and preliminary indications.
• Support marketing with projects to improve efficiency.
