Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager for a hybrid role in Maryland. You will manage small to mid-sized commercial accounts, including contractors and habitational clients, with a balance of sales and service responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in commercial lines, an active P&C license, and comfort with Xanatek or similar software. This position offers growth and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Proficient in Xanatek software or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of small to mid-sized commercial accounts.
• Handle quoting, rewriting, and renewing of business.
• Balance sales and service with a 50/50 focus; sell on the book of business.
• Collaborate with team to meet agency goals and deliver great client experiences.
• Utilize Xanatek software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
