The Jonus Group is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our growing Commercial Lines team. This role provides comprehensive A–Z servicing for mid- to large-market commercial accounts across nonprofit, transportation, and construction industries.

The ideal candidate has strong Commercial Lines account management experience, excellent client service skills, and the ability to collaborate with producers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Active P&C insurance license required.
• Several years of Commercial Lines account management or servicing experience.
• Experience servicing mid- to large-market Commercial Lines accounts preferred.
• Proficiency with Applied EPIC preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive A–Z servicing for a portfolio of mid- to large-market commercial accounts.
• Manage accounts across industries such as nonprofit, transportation, and construction.
• Handle renewals, endorsements, policy changes, certificates, and other ongoing account servicing needs.
• Utilize Applied EPIC to maintain client records and support efficient service delivery.
• Collaborate with producers, marketing professionals, and other internal team members to address client needs.
• Maintain strong client relationships through responsive, professional, and proactive service.
• Review account information and insurance documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Address client questions and assist with coverage-related needs throughout the policy lifecycle.
